"Indiana's Water Future: Crisis or Cooperation?"

That is the topic of the third annual Environmental Law Symposium taking place this afternoon at the IU School of Law - Indianapolis. My esteemed colleague Eric Dannenmaier and the student members of the Environmental Law Society deserve great credit for putting together the seminar, which features a presentation by our former colleague Robin Craig (now at Florida State) and a keynote speech by Matt Klein, Executive Director of the Indianapolis Department of Waterworks and adjunct faculty member at the law school (as well as a graduate). For more information on the seminar, which runs from noon to 5:30 today, see here.
