Training Diary

Managed to get out for a bike ride this afternoon for only the second time in nearly two weeks. And it shows. I couldn't hold the group's pace into a mean crosswind (let alone the headwind, when we turned south). So, I just turned around and headed to The Preserve on my own for some hill sprints. I did as many as my legs would let me (only 4), and then went home, working hard up Noel hill. So, it wasn't a very sociable ride, but I did at least get a decent work-out from it.
